- Wednesday, December 21, 2023: closed from 11:30-1
- Thursday, December 22, 2023: closed from 11-1
- Monday, December 26, 2023: closed all day
- Monday, January 2, 2023: closed all day

Due to the upcoming winter weather and for the safety of our clients and staff, the Macon County Health Department will be closed on Thursday, December 22, 2022.

If you are in need of a warm place to be, Missouri DHSS has a list of warming centers or you can look at 211helps.org. In Macon, the Public Library is listed as a warming center, call ahead directly to the library for their hours.
