Closed on July 5th

The Macon County Health Department will be closed on July 5th in observation of Independence day. We will reopen on July 6th with normal business hours.

No contact tracing will take place over the weekend or on the holiday.  If you test positive for COVID-19, isolate yourself to help prevent the spread of COVID-19.  Notify your close contacts of their possible exposure.  For medical questions regarding your illness, please contact your physician’s office.  Staff from the MCHD will contact you during normal business hours for contact tracing.
