This can be Diabetes Mellitus, Gestational Diabetes, Type 1 Diabetes, Pre-diabetes, and more! Information on our support group is as follows.

Open for any diabetic community members, family members, caregivers, healthcare educators, etc.

FLU VACCINE AVAILABLE NOW

FLU VACCINE IS AVAILABLE NOW FOR ALL AGES!  COME TO THE OFFICE FOR YOUR FLU VACCINE.

DRIVE-THRU FLU CLINIC AT MACON COUNTY FAIRGROUNDS WILL BE 10/10/18 FROM 9AM-5:30PM

THE HEALTH DEPT WILL BE RETURNING TO TOWNS WITHIN THE COUNTY TO PROVIDE FLU & PNEUMONIA VACCINE, VITAL SIGNS AND CHOLESTEROL TESTING:

10/17: LAPLATA CHRISTIAN CHURCH 8:30-12:30PM

10/22: ATLANTA CITY HALL 8:30-12:30PM

10/23: CALLAO CITY HALL 8:30-12:30PM

10/24: BEVIER CITY HALL 8:30-12:30PM

10/31: NEW CAMBRIA UNITED CHURCH 8:30-12:30PM

MUST BE FASTING FOR THE CHOLESTEROL SCREEN. NO FOOD OR DRINK AFTER MIDNIGHT. THIS SERVICE WILL BE FREE AT THESE CLINICS ONLY.

PLEASE CALL 660-395-4711 FOR MORE INFORMATION! ACCEPTING MOST INSURANCES.

THE HEALTH DEPT WILL BE PROVIDING THE FLUMIST IN ALL SCHOOLS IN OCTOBER, CONSENTS WILL BE SENT HOME WITH THE STUDENTS.

 Macon County Health Department is coming to a town near you!

  • Aug 1 @ Atlanta City Hall
  • Aug 8 @ United Church of New Cambria
  • Aug 9 @ Callao City Hall

                  All clinics will be held from 3pm-7pm

Services to be provided:

  • FREE: Blood Pressure, Blood Sugar, Lead, Iron, Heart Rate, Oxygen Level, and Height/Weight Measurements.

 

  • ALL Back to School Immunizations! Insurance or no insurance, we will have the required vaccines for your child.
