Immunization Clinic

Make sure your family stays up to date on childhood immunization to help keep them healthy from preventable diseases.  If you have questions about the vaccines or to see what immunizations your children are due for, call our knowledgeable nurses to help.  Call us at 660-395-4711 to talk with a nurse or schedule an appointment.

Vaccines are safe and effective. Vaccine-preventable diseases are at an all-time low thanks to more people being vaccinated, saving lives and millions of dollars in health care costs, but this doesn’t mean the diseases have disappeared. Many viruses and bacteria are still circulating. This is why it is important for everyone to receive all of the recommended immunizations on time.  Vaccines help your body recognize and fight these germs and protect you each time you come in contact with someone who is sick with any of these diseases.  The recommended vaccine schedule balances when a child is likely to be exposed to a disease and when a vaccine will be most effective.

We can run most insurances for childhood immunizations.  We also participate in the Vaccines for Children Program which provides immunizations at an affordable price for individuals who are uninsured or under insured.

We also provide adult immunizations such as tetanus, TDAP, Shingles, Pneumonia, RSV, flu and COVID immunizations.  We can run these through insurance and have some available through the 317 program, which provides low-cost vaccines for uninsured or underinsured individuals.
