Affordable Blood Draw Services for the Community
Having your blood drawn is important for your health! It allows doctors to detect diseases early, check how well your organs work, and monitor ongoing treatments. Our blood draw service is available to the community at a reduced cost, catering especially to individuals without health insurance. To obtain a blood draw at our facility, you need to meet the following requirements:
- A doctor’s order must be either faxed or delivered in person to the Macon County Health Department. Our fax number is **660-385-2014**.
- You can either walk in or schedule an appointment for your blood draw. For more details, please call **660-395-4711**.
Please note the following:
- A lab draw fee of $15.00 is required at time of service, regardless of insurance status.
- Test results will be sent directly to the ordering doctor. You can also visit the health department to obtain a copy of your results.
- Individual test pricing can be provided upon request.
Payment for draw fee and lab testing is expected at the time of service.
